We think about the environment and try to reduce the use of plastics.  We endeavour to recycle items where possible and will look for products that have been produced with high ethical standards.  If you would like us to use products with certified organic ingredients please let us know.

We would like to reassure all of our clients, that we will be following the current measures set by the government and taking extra care to keep our clients, house keepers and local community safe.

• All housekeepers will be provided with the correct PPE for each appointment (masks, gloves, aprons)
• Housekeepers will use antibacterial hand gel before they arrive at your property and on departure
• Only disposable cloths will be used
• If housekeepers  are showing any COVID-19 symptoms they will be required to self isolate  as per current government guidelines
• If housekeepers are using their own equipment or clients own, this will be thoroughly cleaned with antibacterial solution before the clean and when departing your property 
• Antibacterial spray will be our main cleaning solution used when cleaning surfaces

We ask that if clients are able to, they should vacate the property prior to the arrival of the housekeeper or to isolate themselves in a room that does not require cleaning.

 We carry public liability insurance for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.  

Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like us to handle your pet in advance so we can keep them safe and happy.
